Arum: Stevenson can beat Mayweather

The head of the Top Rank promotional company Bob Arum believes that his ward and ex-world champion in two weight categories Shakur Stevenson (19-0, 9 KOs) is able to surpass the achievements of the legendary Floyd Mayweather.

“In terms of talent, Shakur is wonderful. Can he surpass Mayweather? It's a long way. You have to give Floyd credit, he had an amazing career. And it will take a lot to surpass it. Now I believe that Shakur has the ability to do this. But whether Shakur wants to work as hard as Floyd is up to him.
