Eddie Hearn is increasingly convinced that Tyson Fury (31-0-1, 23 KOs) doesn't want to fight Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) and is looking for a way to disrupt the negotiations. Thus, the British promoter commented, in particular, on Fury's demands regarding the date of signing the contract.

“Fury is not even involved in these negotiations, so he may not know. However, if he actually only waits until Monday for a signature, there will be no fight. There is no chance that the contracts will be ready on Monday. Joshua will not sign him by this day, but Fury will not sign him either, because the contract is not ready yet, ”said the head of Matchroom Boxing.

“The last few days I feel that Fury is looking for a way to escape and in fact in December he will fight with Manuel Charr. In December, Joshua will have a duel, but his opponent will definitely be much better than Charr. I still believe that we can arrange a Joshua-Fury meeting, and what is posted on Instagram is just pointless talk, ”added Hearn.

Negotiations on the form of Tyson Fury's contract for the fight with Anthony Joshua have been going on for a week now. The contract may be ready for signing by the end of next week. Negotiations between representatives of BT Sport and DAZN also begin next week.
