The WBC heavyweight champion made an unexpected offer to Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs), who also unexpectedly accepted his invitation on financially unfavorable terms for him (60 to 40 profit split). The fight is scheduled to take place on 3 December at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, which has a capacity of 80,000 fans.
All issues are settled except for the TV rights, but it is likely that both partners of the boxers, BT Sport (Fury's partner) and DAZN (Joshua's partner), will show the fight on pay-stream at the same time.
“He wants to beat him confidently and spectacularly, preferably with a quick knockout. And thus close the protracted dispute, which of them is better. He is not afraid, why should he be afraid of something? He has everything to defeat Joshua," Fury's team member added.
