Diaz recalls how he almost beat White

American UFC veteran Nate Diaz told how once his dispute with the head of the promotion Dana White did not turn into a fight.

“I once nearly beat Dana in a club - you had to see it! He made all sorts of nonsense, and I argued with him. I was angry with him, although I understand that I should not have been angry.

On the night of September 11 at the UFC 279 tournament in Las Vegas, Diaz will fight with Khamzat Chimaev. The upcoming fight will be the last for the American under the current contract with the organization.
