DiBella wins bids for Buatsi-Pascal

American promoter Lou DiBella won the promotion bids for the IBF light heavyweight eliminator between Joshua Buatsi (16-0, 13 KOs) and Jean Pascal (36-6-1, 20 KOs).

The winning bid was $975,000. Matchroom Boxing's bid was $875,000. The championship belt of the International Boxing Federation in this division belongs to Artur Beterbiev.

It's worth noting that Buatsi had other plans recently. Eddie Hearn, promoter of the Briton, tried to organize a fight against Dmitry Bivol, but the WBA decision obliged the Russian to meet Gilberto Ramirez.
