The score of Glenn Feldman, who gave the victory to Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs), caused a lot of emotions. Fortunately, his notes did not prevent Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) from defending his IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight belts.

Theoretically, we can say that everyone has the right to their own opinion, and some rounds could be given both in one direction and in the other. The judges are understandable. However, if you carefully study Feldman's score, you can see that he gave Joshua the twelfth round, despite the fact that, in addition to a good left hook, for two and a half minutes, he was, in fact, fighting for survival. The twelfth round, with all the desire, could not be given to the Englishman. After the eleventh round against Feldman, Joshua was winning 105-104, and he knew that by awarding the last round to Usyk, he would get a draw and in this case the champion would retain his titles.

Even Eddie Hearn, Joshua's promoter, according to him, Usyk won seven rounds out of five (115-113). Dan Rafael, a well-known boxing analyst, saw the advantage of the Ukrainian with a score of 116-112. Teddy Atlas, a well-known coach and analyst, gave Joshua just three rounds (117-111).

“Separate decision? Joshua won 115-113? Please take away this referee's license and never let him referee serious fights again!" said Teddy Atlas.
