On the night of August 20-21, the second battle will take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua, at stake will be the IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight belts owned by Alexander, as well as the vacant champion belt according to The Ring magazine.

“This is our second fight. We already know each other. Anthony reviewed our first fight. But it seems to me that this will not be a new fight, it will be a continuation of the first - the 13th, 14th, 15th round ... God knows how many there will be. We had enough time to learn each other, and on Saturday there will be a very good fight," Oleksandr Usyk said during a press conference.

“We were born to compete for life or belts or just something. Whoever does not do this does not live. Our whole life is some kind of competition for something, for someone. I want to thank those people who gave me the opportunity to box here. This is very important for me, for my team, for my country. I am ready to fight and will do my best to win. The belts will be mine, and I am ready to receive them. I look forward to it,” Anthony Joshua assured.

“People in Ukraine need this victory. They want the Ukrainian flag to be raised high, so that the Ukrainian anthem is heard all over the planet. The whole world should know that Ukraine is a country of strong, open, free and developed people. Few in the world can carry this message to millions, hundreds of millions. Usyk can do it and does it with the help of boxing,” said the promoter of the Ukrainian Oleksandr Krasyuk.
