WBC obliges Garcia and Cruz to hold elimination match

The World Boxing Council appointed Ryan Garcia (22-0, 18 KOs) and Isaac Cruz (23-2-1, 16 KOs) contenders for the qualifying match for the title of world lightweight champion. Recently, Garcia's team tried to negotiate a fight with Cruz, but the Mexican did not want to fight the American.
