Hearn confirms Usyk-Joshua rematch date

Eddie Hearn confirmed that the fight Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) against Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) is scheduled for July 23. According to the British promoter, negotiations on the venue of the event are at the final stage.

The second duel between the Ukrainian and the British will take place in Great Britain or in one of the countries of the Middle East. Hearn does not hide the fact that the most attractive offers from a financial point of view come from outside Europe.

The first Usyk-Joshua fight took place in September. The Ukrainian defeated the Briton on points, taking away his WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight titles.
