Topuria to Yan: “We don’t want to crush your head”

Spanish-Georgian UFC lightweight Ilia Topuria appealed to the interim champion of the promotion in the bantamweight division Petr Yan on the eve of his duel against Aljamain Sterling.

“The Sterling team has my brother (Merab Dvalishvili, — approx.). So it's one team. I hope you are in control. We don't want to crush your head," Topuria wrote on social networks.

Recall that earlier, Yan threatened to beat the entire Sterling team if he met them at the hotel.

The fight between Sterling and Jan 2 will take place on the morning of April 10 at UFC 273 in Jacksonville.
