Information has been officially confirmed that the British judges will not officiate the fight for the WBC heavyweight belt between Tyson Fury (31-0-1, 22 KOs) and Dillian Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs). The fight will be judged by Italian Guido Cavalieri, Canadian Robert Tupper and Mexican Juan Carlos Pelayo.

The third person in the ring will be British Mark Lyson, who was also the referee during the first fight between Dillian Whyte and Alexander Povetkin. A few weeks ago, Frank Warren announced that the British judges would not be working on this fight after a mixed verdict in the fight between Jack Catterall and Josh Taylor.

The Fury-White fight will take place on April 23 at London's Wembley Stadium. Since the fight is a mandatory title defense sanctioned after the tender, Fury will not be eligible for a rematch in the event of a loss.
