Ferguson and Chandler agree to fight at UFC 274

Former Interim UFC Lightweight Champion Tony Ferguson and ex-title contender Michael Chandler gave verbal consent to the fight within the UFC 274 tournament, scheduled for May 8 in Phoenix.

Recall that Chandler had his last fight on November 6 at UFC 268, losing by decision to Justin Gaethje. Ferguson has not appeared in the octagon since last May, when he lost on points to Beneil Dariush.

It is worth adding that the UFC 274 show will headline a lightweight title fight between Oliveira and Gaethje.
