Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) in an interview with Carl Frampton for BT Sport said that in the past he sparred very well with his closest rival Dillian Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs).
“I stood with him in a pair many, many times, and each time he served as a punching bag for me. There were many moments when he was shocked, so sometimes I had to stop sparring, ”said the Gypsy King.
Interestingly, Fury's version is radically different from White's, who swore that he not only lightly beaten, but repeatedly sent the reigning WBC heavyweight champion to the floor.
“It’s complete nonsense that I was sent to knockdowns many times. Let's even assume that I've been on the floor eight times - but as a former champion, you know very well that sparring is not a fight.
