Okolie defends his title

WBO cruiserweight champion Lawrence Okolie (18-0, 14 KOs) won a not the most beautiful, but unquestionable victory by unanimous decision over Michal Cieslak (21-2, 15 KOs), WBO number 2 No. 2, in the main event of the evening at the O2 Arena in London.

The fight took place in a dirty fight with a lot of clinches. Okolie was able to hurt Cieslak with a powerful right hand to the head already in the first round. Okolie sent Cieslak to the floor with another right hand in the fifth round. Judges score it 117-110, 116-111 and 115-112.
