Eddie Hearn, in an interview with IFL TV, stated that Dillian Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs), contrary to earlier media speculation, will take part in a press conference announcing his fight for the WBC heavyweight belt with Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 22 KOs).
“Dillian, of course, will be at the conference, but under the right conditions, on a professional basis. White will not suddenly jump into Ryanair to catch covid, treat him with due respect, ”said the Matchroom Boxing boss.
Dillian Whyte and Tyson Fury intend to meet in person in the coming weeks. Until now, it was believed that their fight would take place on April 23 in London, but this information has not yet been officially confirmed.
