Former UFC champion in two weight divisions Henry Cejudo expressed confidence that the undefeated welterweight Khamzat Chimaev could defeat the current "king" of the middle division, Israel Adesanya.
“I don’t play gambling, but if I made bets, I would bet that Chimaev would stop Adesanya.
If Adesanya can beat him, then I will shut up and apologize. But if this fight ever takes place, I will bet on Khamzat. He is a completely different animal,” Cejudo tweeted.
Recall that on February 13 at UFC 271, Adesanya held the fourth defense of the belt, defeating Robert Whittaker on points.
