It seems that Filip Hrgovic (14-0, 12 KOs) will eventually get an opponent to cross gloves with in the final IBF heavyweight eliminator. According to Eddie Hearn, Tony Yoka (11-0, 9 KOs) is ready to fight the Croat.
Hearn said in an interview with IFL TV that he even started preliminary talks with Top Rank about organizing a fight between Rio de Janeiro Olympic medalists.
Yoka became the third boxer from the IBF rating, to whom the Federation offered a qualifying match with Hrgovic. Previously, Luis Ortiz and Joseph Parker refused this offer.
