Ryan Garcia to return to the ring on April 2

On April 2 Ryan Garcia (21-0, 18 KOs) will return to the ring, and Isaac Cruz (22-2-1, 15 KOs) could challenge a 23-year-old boxer. Mexican lost on points in his last professional performance to Gervonta Davis.

Garcia recently injured his right wrist, which preventing him from fighting Joseph Diaz for the interim WBC world title on November 27. The California boxer hasn't entered the ring since January and has been plagued by frequent health problems this year.

Cruz went full distance with Davis in December fight for the WBA lightweight belt. The Mexican took this fight a month before it was held, replacing Rolando Romero.
