Ruiz Jr to perform in Mexico in March?

Former unified heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr (34-2, 22 KOs) may fight in Mexico City in March. This was announced in an interview with ESPN by the boxer's promoter Fernando Beltran.

The popular Destroyer, who beat Chris Arreola on points in his last fight, was originally scheduled to return to the ring in December, but had to undergo knee surgery.

It is not yet known who will be Ruiz's rival. In this context, the names of several Al Haymon boxers have recently been mentioned, including Deontay Wilder, Charles Martin, Frank Sanchez, Robert Helenius and Adam Kownacki.
