Undefeated Ukrainian WBA World Flyweight Champion Artem Dalakyan (20-0, 14 KOs) and his opponent, former champion Luis "El Nika" Concepcion from Panama, showed the same weight at weigh-in - 50.46 kg on the eve of their battle this coming Saturday, November 20, at the arena of the AKKO International exhibition center in Kiev.

Both fighters looked in great shape, confident and more than ready for the upcoming meeting, which will be Dalakian's fifth defense of his WBA black and gold belt, which he won back in February 2018 in the United States against Brian Viloria.

Dalakyan's goal, according to him, at the moment is to unite the titles in his weight category, a desire shared by his promoter Yuri Rusban, president of the Union Boxing Promotion, which will be the organizer of tomorrow's event.

Meanwhile, WBA mandatory # 1 contender Concepcion (39-8, 28 KOs), a Panama-based veteran known for his spectacular fighting style, is looking to reclaim the world title that once held him.

El Nika will face Dalakian tomorrow after defeating tough Colombian Robert Barrera (23-3, 13 KOs) by TKO in the 11th round to win the interim WBA flyweight title. Since the WBA canceled its "interim" titles, Concepcion has become a must-have contender.

Dalakian's duel against Concepcion can be seen live in Latin America on ESPN Knockout, in Panama on RPC TV Canal 4, and in Ukraine and Eastern Europe on the Megogo media service, with the evening beginning at 19:00 and the main event at 21:00 local time (UTC +2).
