“I think Gane is pretty unique for the heavyweight division, but I don't think the world is ready for how unique I will be. I believe that my experience in light heavyweight will play a key role in my future fights. It will be great to perform without starving or dehydrating yourself all week before the fight. It's nice to feel like a heavyweight, but I still need to get bigger and stronger,” Jones tweeted.
Jones has not appeared in the Octagon since February last year, when he defeated Dominic Reyes on points in a very difficult duel. A few months later, he left the title vacant due to disagreements with the UFC leadership.
