Benavidez and Davis make weight

Former World Super Middleweight Champion David Benavidez (24-0, 21 KO) will face Kyron Davis (16-2-1, 6 KO) Saturday at Premier Boxing Champions in Phoenix. The day before, the boxers met each other during the official weigh-in ceremony. Initially, Benavidez in Arizona was supposed to meet Jose Uzcategui, but a boxer from Venezuela was caught doping. Benavidez' weight was 169, Davis was 167¾.
