Former Bellator heavyweight champion Vitaly Minakov is determined to continue his professional career. Previously, the Russian stated that he would hang up his gloves on a nail if he still can't get a visa to the United States.

"As of today, I can say: I will definitely continue. We've already talked to Scott Coker (Bellator president, - note) - even if I can't get a visa to the United States, Bellator will have six tournaments next year outside the States - Europe, possibly Russia, other countries, maybe Canada. So I expect at least two tournaments with my participation, and maybe three if it works out," Minakova said.

On October 23rd at the Bellator 269 show in Moscow, Minakov lost early to Said Souma, suffering a finger injury in the third round.
