Joshua visits gyms across the United States

Anthony Joshua (24-2, 21 KOs) a few days after his loss to Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) went on a boxing trip across the US and visited several famous boxing gyms. AJ was spotted in the gyms of famous trainers Virgil Hunter and Eddie Reynoso, who have been working with Saul Alvarez for years.

Joshua's expedition sparked a wave of commentary across the UK. There has been speculation that the former WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion is looking for a new trainer to replace Robert McCracken, who some commentators have blamed for AJ's loss to Usyk.

Under the terms of the contract for the Joshua vs Usyk fight in September, the Briton is entitled to a rematch. According to promoter Eddie Hearn, the fight is to take place in the spring of 2022.
