Gassiev ranks Usyk among top 3 heavyweights in the world
Former cruiserweight champion Murat Gassiev shared his impressions of Oleksandr Usyk's victory over Anthony Joshua. According to the Russian, the Ukrainian boxer is now among the top three strongest heavyweights.
"I watched Sasha's fight. I congratulate him on the win, he showed himself very cool and worked out 100%. I think he's definitely in the top three strongest heavyweights in the world right now.
"Rematch? I can't really think about it now, because he's in the top, and I'm just getting there. But if this fight will be interesting for the audience, then we'll hold it in the future," said Gassiev in an interview with the Diplomatrutube YouTube channel.
On September 25, Usyk defeated Joshua by unanimous decision and won IBF, WBO, WBA heavyweight titles.

Usyk and Gassiev met in 2018 in the final of the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS), the Ukrainian won on points.
