"Will Joshua add to the rematch? Joshua has his own school, and he showed his school today. And more than he showed, he's unlikely to show, because school is school. Tyson Fury [Usyk] is sure to beat him. Fury is even slower than Joshua. Sania has a good quality - he's smart. And most importantly, he's speedy. Breathes like a steam locomotive, moves like a steam locomotive.
"And these are all shortcomings we have to remove - when he was getting into a close fight, he was holding Joshua. His hands are shorter though and he could have handled it boldly. Joshua was looking to go for a takedown but Sanek was holding on for some reason, rather than punching. Shorter arms though, he was on the bottom - he could safely punch to the stomach.
"With Fury it will definitely have to be done. Fury is such a no-nonsense fighter, and he's going to need a lot of work in a close fight. Fury, when he's approached, he starts throwing his arms around. He can get hurt, he can do forearms, elbows. So going into a close fight with him, you have to not fight him, but punch and go for the arm. If he fights like he did with Joshua, he'll get injured," Lapin said.
Usyk defeated Anthony Joshua on September 25 in London by unanimous decision of the judges and won the IBF, WBO and WBA heavyweight titles.
