Jon Jones arrested again

Former UFC champion Jon Jones is once again in trouble. According to ESPN reporter Mark Raymondy, the athlete was detained by Las Vegas police on Sept. 24.

Source reports that Jones faces charges of domestic violence, bodily injury and vehicle damage. According to Raymondy, the fighter is still in custody.

Jones, 34, has had repeated problems with the law. The American was arrested for DUI in 2012 and 2020 and for battery in 2019.

Jones hasn't appeared in the octagon since last February, when he defeated Dominic Reyes on points in a tough fight. Months later, he left the title vacant due to a disagreement with UFC management.
