Russian mixed martial arts fighter Alexander Emelianenko said he has agreed to fight his compatriot Sergei Kharitonov.
"Kharitonov's manager called, offered to fight. We've agreed on two fights but we have to put him into hibernation. Although, judging by the serious schedule I have, the hibernation will be a spring one. The first fight with Kharitonov will be by boxing rules, the second - by MMA rules," said Emelianenko during a live broadcast on Instagram.
Back in 2006, Emelianenko defeated Kharitonov by technical knockout within the framework of legendary Japanese PRIDE promotion.
