"I've had a rough week," said Oscar Valdez after a tough unanimous decision victory over Robson Conceicao this weekend in Tucson, Arizona. - I apologize for all the noise. I treat everyone with respect. I've been through enough. We won the fight. We did what we had to do and move on to the next chapter."

"He (Conceicao) stands across from me and yells in my face. We are grown men. Don't yell at me. He must be upset. Sure, he wanted to be world champion, but that's no reason to point fingers at me and yell at me. I've been through enough this week, man."

"It makes it harder to fight when someone's running all the time. I tried to put on a good show for my fans, give them what they want, and it was a good fight. If he likes to run... you don't win fights by running."
