UFC lightweight champion Charles Oliveira has not yet signed a contract to fight Dustin Poirier but has no doubt he can beat the American by submission.
"Everybody is saying that I have to fight with Poirier, but at the moment we are still talking about that, I haven't signed the contract yet.
Right now I'm not worried about who's saying bad things about me or who I'm going to fight. My main concern is being ready for whatever opponent the UFC gives me.
Perrier is one of the most dangerous guys in the lightweight division. He's constantly moving forward. However, I think I'm on another level, both in the standup and the ground game. I will make him give up," the Brazilian said in an interview with Sherdog.
It was previously reported that the Oliveira vs Poirier fight will take place on December 11 at UFC 269.
