The date of bids to determine the organizer of the WBO world welterweight title bout of Terence Crawford (37-0, 28 KO) and Sean Porter (31-3-1, 17 KO) has been pushed back to September 14. The tender was originally scheduled for Sept. 2, but the boxers' teams asked for additional time to negotiate.

The minimum amount that can be claimed is set at $200,000. The total purse will be split 60-40 in Crawford's favor.

Negotiations for this fight initially sought to reach an agreement between Top Rank and Premier Boxing Champions. In the end, the two sides did not come to terms, but both teams have stated their willingness to host the bout.

The 33-year-old Crawford last fought last November, defeating Kell Brook. Porter last fought last August. "Showtime" is ranked second in the latest WBO rankings.
