Alexander Emelianenko continues his preparation for the fight with blogger Artem Tarasov. The heavyweight posted a video of his sparring session with Hardcore fighter Daud Kelbikhanov on his Instagram.
"Hello, hello, good people! Today is Saturday, a day of rest. Yesterday was another training and sparring session, and today is my rest day!", Emelianenko wrote on Instagram.
Emelianenko-Tarasov fight will take place on September 18. The fight will be held under the rules of boxing, but with MMA gloves.
