Emelianenko is ready to fight Kharitonov at Bellator tournament

Russian heavyweight Alexander Emelianenko announced his readiness to fight Sergey Kharitonov on October 23 at the Bellator tournament in Moscow.

"I asked my manager to apply for my participation in the tournament. Now they're looking into it - maybe I'll perform. What kind of opponent would you like? A good and strong one. Kharitonov? He'll do, too," Emelenko said in an interview with YouTube channel Ushataika, adding that he's not interested in Kharitonov's upcoming fight against Chek Kongo.

Emelianenko is expected to fight blogger Artem Tarasov in September.
