Whyte's plans changed again

The return of Dillian Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs) to the ring is again postponed. Eddie Hearn has announced that the interim WBC heavyweight champion will fight in the UK no earlier than October.

Until recently, the head of Matchroom announced that Whyte's next performance will take place on August 28 in the United States. Later, it was announced that the Body Snatcher would perform on September 11th or 18th.

“Dillian could have performed in the US in September, but there are only six weeks left until the eventual date. So far, it looks like Whyte's next fight will take place in October in the UK, and this will be his last fight this year,” Hearn said.

In recent weeks, the British promoter has spoken about Whyte with representatives of Chris Arreola, Charles Martin and Jermaine Franklin. In his last performance, the Briton knocked out Alexander Povetkin in a rematch.
