Joshua vs Usyk is official at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on September 25

Matchroom Boxing Group has officially announced that the fight for the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight belts of Anthony Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs) and Alexander Usyk (18-0, 13 KOs) will take place on September 25 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

This will be Joshua's second fight since regaining the championship trophies in a rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr. Usyk, who in the past owned all the championship belts in the cruiserweight division, will enter the ring as a mandatory contender according to the World Boxing Organization.

According to previously announced unofficial information, Joshua will be eligible for rematch in case of defeat. Regardless of the result, Usyk is guaranteed one more performance for the future at one of the evenings organized by Eddie Hearn.
