Bellator's top light heavyweight Anthony Johnson said he no longer strives for the highest goals in sports, but wants to enjoy his performances.
“At first I wanted to compete and win the world title because I felt I had to do it. But now I just want to have fun, give my best and see what happens. I'm not going to put pressure on myself and say: “Oh, you need to win the champion title!”.
"I've already gone through this. I stopped putting myself under such pressure. Now I want to live my life, have as much fun as possible, and delight the fans and the organization,” Johnson told The Sun.
Johnson will have a quarterfinal Grand Prix fight against Jose Augusto at the Bellator 258 show.
