Alexander Krasyuk, CEO of K2 Promotions Ukraine, in an interview with IFL TV, said that he is currently not in any negotiations with Joe Joyce's (12-0, 11 KOs) team regarding the fight for the interim WBO cruiserweight title for his ward Alexander Usyk (18-0, 13 KOs).

According to Krasyuk, it is impossible to officially begin negotiations on the "interim" title until a situation arises in which Usyk, as a contender, will be able to fight for the full-weight belt currently owned by Anthony Joshua (24 -1, 22 KOs). Circumstances will only change when Joshua vs. Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) is officially announced.

In addition, Krasyuk said that he was awaiting the WBO's decision on the distribution of the total amount of the purse in the event of a possible competition for promotional applications for Usik vs Joyce should be 80 to 20 in favor of the Ukrainian.
