Eddie Hearn said that the fight for the title of undisputed heavyweight champion of Anthony Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs) and Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) will probably take place in one of the countries of the Middle East. The fight for the WBA, WBC, WBO and IBF titles is scheduled for the end of May - the first half of June.

“The countries of the Middle East are aggressively pursuing this meeting and are certainly the favorites. To organize such an event requires strong government support. This is a fight that will show how strong the country in which it will be held,” Hearn said.

The most serious candidate for organizing a duel between the two Britons is Saudi Arabia, where Joshua had a rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr. more than a year ago. A stadium was built especially for this occasion, which was demolished a few weeks later.

Fury and Joshua will have two fights this year. If epidemic conditions permit, the second battle will take place at a football stadium in the UK.
