Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) personally confirmed his fight on December 5 in London. The WBC heavyweight champion and his team will soon announce the name of the contender.
“I look forward to getting back into the ring to do what I do best in life again. I am fighting on December 5, we will announce an opponent soon. We are currently working on confirming my opponent's name. You will really get to know him soon,” said the King of the Gypsies.
Initially, Deontay Wilder was supposed to become Fury's rival, but the Englishman got tired of waiting and went his own way. Agit Kabayel (20-0, 13 KOs) and Carlos Takam (39-5-1, 28 KOs) are some of the most serious candidates for the Fury title. Choice number three is Oscar Rivas (26-1, 18 KOs) reportedly.
