Jones may pause his career

UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones intends to stop his career for 1-2 years. This will happen if the UFC leadership does not increase his purse for a possible fight with top heavyweight Francis Ngannou.

“Guys, it was fun being with you. Maybe we'll see each other in 1-2 years, when the UFC will be ready to offer me more attractive conditions...” Jones said.

Earlier, Jones and Ngannou gave an early agreement to fight in the heavyweight division.
