UFC 249: Namajunas drops out of the tournament

Former UFC minimumweight champion Rose Namajunas will not be able to perform at UFC 249 in the rematch with Jessica Andrade. At this point, the reasons why Rose will not fight at the event, were not disclosed. What is known is that the promotion urgently seeking a replacement for her. The main contenders are Claudia Gadelia and Carla Esparza.

UFC 249 will be held on April 18. At the moment, the venue of the tournament is officially unknown.
