Davis vs Gamboa for the WBA title on December 7?

On December 7 Gervonta Davis (22-0, 21 KOs) may face Yuriorkis Gamboa (30-2, 18 KOs) in the fight with the regular WBA lightweight title at stake.

24-year-old Davis recently left WBA championship belt vacant in the weight category below. The American recorded two quick wins this year, having spend in the ring 10 minutes.

Gamboa last boxed in July. The Cuban has won his last four fights and regained his position after the defeat to Robinson Castellanos.
