Figueroa knocks Chacon out, defends WBA belt (video)

Brandon Figueroa (20-0, 15 KOs) knocked Javier Nicolas Chacon (29-5-1, 9 KOs) out in the fourth round in the main fight of the evening in Edinburgh, Texas. The 22-year-old defended his interim WBA super bantamweight belt for the first time.

The American captured the title in April, stopping Yonfrez Parejo. Daniel Roman is the full-fledged WBA champion in this weight category.

Darwin Price scored another professional victory at the same gala. The undefeated welterweight stopped Aaron Herrera in the second round.
