On June 1 in New York, WBA super middleweight champion Callum Smith (25-0, 18 KOs) will defend his title in a fight against Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam (37-3, 21 KOs). N'Dam is currently holds the silver WBC belt he won in the fight with Martin Murray.
28-year-old Englishman did not fight since last September, when he knocked out George Groves and won the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) Trothy.
In the main event of the June boxing evening there will be a fight of the IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua against Andy Ruiz Jr. In New York, his next fights will also have Katie Taylor, who will meet Delphine Persoon with four titles in the lightweight title at stake, and Chris Algieri will cross the gloves with Tommy Coyle.
