Lawlor expresses his bewilderment over the actions of USADA

Former UFC fighter Tom Lawlor was perplexed by the latest decisions of USADA to disqualify fighters who had tested positive on ostarine for six months while Lawlor himself was disqualified for two years.

“Hello, USADA. Could you explain the difference between the four recent cases in which UFC fighters were suspended for six months for ostarine, while I was sanctioned for 2 years? I’d like to believe in fairness by your organization but I would like some clarity please,” Tom Lawlor wrote on his twitter.

Lawlor was caught using Ostarine in 2016, and in 2018, about two months before his disqualification was completed, he was fired from UFC. His last fight took place at UFC 196, losing to Corey Anderson by judges decision.

Lawlor has performed at UFC since 2008 and had 11 fights in the promotion.
