Shields scores a convincing victory over Hummer

In the bout for the title of undisputed middleweight champion, Claressa Shields (9-0, 2 KOs) scored a one-sided victory by unanimous decision over Christina Hammer (24-1, 11 KOs) in the main event of the evening at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City . In the course of the fight, Shields dictated more and more conditions in the ring and won with a score of 98-92 on all three judges' notes.
