Mokhnatkina: Bellator is a step forward for my career

Six-time sambo world champion Marina Mokhnatkina believes that the transition to Bellator is a step forward in her career. Earlier it became known that Mokhnatkina signed a contract with Bellator for four fights.

"In Russia I was offered nothing interesting, there were talks about rematch with Liana Jojua, but it didn’t happen. It’s important that in Bellator I will fight in a comfortable weight category. As for the UFC, there were conversations but after my defeat to Jojua they disappeared," said Mokhnatkina.

30-year-old Mokhnatkina has four wins and one loss in MMA.
