Bivol outboxes Pascal, defends WBA title

WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol (15-0, 11 KOs) on Saturday night at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City scored a unanimous decision over former world champion Jean Pascal (33-6-1, 20 KOs) . Bivol methodically punished Pascal from the beginning to the end of the battle. Pascal gave a certain interest to the duel with his aggressive actions, but he could not deliver any particular problems to Bivol. 117-111, 119-109, 119-109 - all in favor for the Russian.
