Russian UFC light heavyweight Nikita Krylov shared his thoughts on the eve of a fight with the Polish Jan Blahovich. The meeting of these fighters will take place on September 15 at the tournament in Moscow.

"I understood that the UFC will not give me an easy opponent, because earlier I left the organization in the status of the eighth number in the light heavyweight ratings. The fight with Blahovic makes me even more cheerful, gives interest and motivates me to train.

“I think Blahovich believes that for him it will be a simple fight, that's why he is so excited. Also I'm high in the rating. We are separated by just a few lines - in case of victory it will rise him even higher. I think in the UFC I'm appreciated enough not to throw it away in the ranking in case of defeat.

“He will try to work in the stance, and I'm unlikely to recklessly climb into the fight and act in a straight line. Everything will begin in the stance - maybe someone will fall or someone will make a transfer to the ground. We are preparing for all aspects of the fight," Krylov said.
