Joyce signs a contract with Haymon

Olympic silver medalist Joe Joyce (5-0, 5 KOs) announced that he signed a contract with Al Haymon, manager and adviser of many stars of professional boxing. The 32-year-old Briton also recently began training with Abel Sanchez, the coach of Gennady Golovkin and Murat Gassiev among others.

Joyce, who turned pro last October, said he would soon announce the date of his next fight, and that it would be a debut in the US. The last time in June, Joyce knocked out Ivica Bakurin in the first round. Joyce this year also won the title of British heavyweight champion.
